David McCulloch
Senior Vice President of Development
As More Development’s Senior Vice President of Development, David is responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of the company’s live development projects. David’s responsibilities include actively overseeing the pre-development and construction phases of projects, ensuring project stake holders are well briefed, activities are planned and executed, and progress is measured against project goals.
Prior to joining More Development, David was a Director with AECOM having spent 18 years working for AECOM and its legacy company Davis Langdon. Throughout his career David has been an advisor on major development projects and his experience includes residential, class A office, hospitality and cultural projects in locations across the globe including Scotland, London, Europe, North Africa, North America and the Caribbean. David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
